A Weight and Inspection charge of $20.00 per occurrence will be applied to any freight bill where an adjustment to linehaul charges has been made due to an inspection or reweigh resulting in a change in shipment weight or change in NMFC commodity class. This charge will be in addition to all other lawful charges.
