On mixed shipments of LTL traffic moving on one Bill of Lading from one Consignor to one Consignee, the rate for each class will be the rate shown for that class applying to the total weight of the shipment. When it is necessary to increase the weight to take advantage of the lower rates on the next weight bracket, the weight deficit with be subject to the rate applicable to the lowest rated article in the shipment.
