When a Bill of Lading is tendered bearing any notation requesting DUBL to notify Consignee prior to delivery by an means whatsoever, the charge for this service shall be $20.00 per shipment in addition to all other applicable charges. Charges will accrue to the Consignor on prepaid shipments, and to the Consignee on collect shipments. The notification charge will also be assessed if there is no request for notification on the Bill of Lading, but the Consignee has a known policy that they must be notified prior to delivery.
