When a Bill of Lading is tendered bearing any notation requesting DUBL to perform a specific appointed time of delivery, the charge for this service shall be $30.00 per shipment in addition to all other applicable charges. Charges will accrue to the Consignor on Prepaid shipments, and to the Consignee on collect shipments. This charge will also be assessed if there is no request for appointment delivery on the Bill of Lading, but the Consignee has a known policy that delivery may be made only by appointment
